  • Reflect actual availability.
  • Contain truthful descriptions.

Users must possess all rights necessary to publish listings.

ClassiAds reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Reclassify listings.
  • Restrict listings.
  • Suspend listings.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT

  • Accident history
  • Insurance status

12. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

17. USER SAFETY

18. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Violations may result in permanent suspension.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

No compensation shall be payable.

23. DISCLAIMERS

If liability is imposed by law, the maximum aggregate liability of ClassiAds shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to ClassiAds during the preceding twelve months.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClassiAds, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, and partners against claims arising from:

27. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
