1. GENERAL POLICY

ClassiAds may offer:

  • Premium advertisements
  • Promotional packages
  • Subscription services
  • Business packages
  • Advertising products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all purchases are considered final.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following are generally non-refundable once activated:

  • Featured ads
  • Premium listings
  • Advertising credits
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Subscription fees already utilized
  • Listing enhancement services

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was charged multiple times.
  • Payment was made due to a technical error directly caused by ClassiAds.
  • Purchased service was not delivered because of a verified Platform issue.

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Approval is at the sole discretion of ClassiAds.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Purchasing any paid service does not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Inquiries
  • Calls
  • Messages
  • Sales
  • Rentals
  • Employment opportunities
  • Business growth

No refunds shall be granted due to lack of expected results.

5. USER ERRORS

Refunds will generally not be granted for:

  • Incorrect category selection
  • Incorrect listing information
  • User mistakes
  • Failure to receive responses
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to understand service features

6. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where subscriptions are offered:

  • Users may cancel future renewals.
  • Previously billed periods remain non-refundable unless required by law.

7. FRAUD AND ABUSE

ClassiAds reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, policy violations, or suspicious activity is detected.

8. CHARGEBACKS

Users are encouraged to contact ClassiAds before initiating chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

9. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

Approved refunds may require several business days to process depending on payment providers and banking institutions.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

ClassiAds may modify this policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
